CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES DE LA TIENDA ONLINE

Si por cualquier motivo no queda satisfecho con su producto adquirido a través de nuestra web, dispone de un plazo de 30 días, a contar desde la fecha de entrega para desistir de su adquisición. IMPORTANTE: Antes de hacer esta devolución el cliente debe ponerse en contacto con Òptica de Mercat en un PLAZO MÁXIMO DE 15 DÍAS.

PASOS PARA REALIZAR CAMBIOS O DEVOLUCIONES

PLAZOS

1. Tienes 15 días naturales para comunicar el cambio o devolución y otros 15 para realizar el cambio.
2. En total 30 días naturales desde la recepción del artículo para realizar la devolución.
3. Si el articulo presenta algún desperfecto nos debes informar antes de 48h.
4. Para defectos de fábrica dispones de 2 años de garantía.

FORMAS

1. Envía un email a hola@opticademercat.com, un whatsapp al 638770640 o llama al 934411361, indicando el motivo del cambio o devolución, nombre, dirección y datos de la compra.
2. Puedes enviar el producto tu mismo a: Óptica de Mercat, Calle Tamarit 149, 08015, Barcelona
3. Puedes solicitar una recogida en tu domicilio. En este caso se te descontará el coste de la recogida del importe total a devolver.

COSTES

1. GRATIS: cuando el cambio o la devolución se deba a un error atribuible a Óptica de Mercat. Esto incluye la entrega de un producto diferente al adquirido o si el producto ha sido entregado con algún desperfecto.
2. Para el resto de los cambios o las devoluciones por mensajería deberás asumir el coste del envío.
3. Las devoluciones en nuestra óptica son gratuitas.

DEVOLUCIÓN DEL IMPORTE

1. Todas las devoluciones son gestionadas y tramitadas tras la recepción del pedido en 24/48h horas.
2. Una vez tramitada la devolución, se devolverá el importe tras 24/48h mediante el mismo método de pago utilizado.
3. GAFAS GRADUADAS: En el caso de que el producto adquirido sea una montura + lentes graduadas, sólo se abonará el importe de la montura ya que las lentes son un producto personalizado que no podrán servir a un tercero. 

Òptica de Mercat se reserva el derecho de desestimar devoluciones comunicadas fuera de plazo, o productos que presenten condiciones diferentes a el momento de ser enviadas.

3. You can request a pick up at your home. In this case, the cost of the collection will be deducted from the total amount to be returned.

COSTS

1. FREE: when the exchange or return is due to an error attributable to Óptica de Mercat. This includes the delivery of a different product to the one purchased or if the product has been delivered with any damage.
2. For the rest of the changes or returns by courier you will have to pay the cost of shipping.
3. For returns in our opticians they are free.

AMOUNT RETURN

1. All returns are managed and processed after receipt of the order in 24/48 hours.
2. Once the return has been processed, the amount will be returned after 24/48 hours using the same payment method used.
3. PRESCRIPTION GLASSES: In the event that the product purchased is a frame + prescription lenses, only the amount of the frame will be paid since the lenses are a personalized product that cannot be used by a third party.
4. Òptica de Mercat reserves the right to reject returns communicated after the deadline, or products that present different conditions at the time of being sent.
